BCIM is a 100% online program of Employee Engagement Survey within 3 months window and it aims to gain a better insight of employee satisfaction level and provide measures to benchmark companies against the rest of the market in Myanmar. GRGI has participated for the first time in this BCIM 2020 program in order to witness the strengthening of the company branding as both an employer and a business mutually.
