Mr Aung Moe Kyaw is Founder and Co-Chairman of the Grand Royal Group International. An professional engineer by training, he started his career as a Production Manager in Pepsi-Cola Company Myanmar. He was instrumental in the greenfield start-up of the company, establishing the production and bottling facilities, setting up an extensive nation-wide distribution and sales network, and building the brand. Under his leadership, Pepsi-Cola became the leading soft beverage company in Myanmar. Mr Aung Moe Kyaw was recognized for his achievements and assumed the position as a Deputy Managing Director of MGS Beverages Company Private Ltd, the parent company of Pepsi-Cola Company Myanmar.
More ↓In 1995 he co-founded the IBTC Group, from greenfield start-up, to the leading alcoholic beverages company in Myanmar. The Group has distilling and bottling operations, distribution, logistics, and sales networks across Myanmar, with 67 percent market share, and a strong brand portfolio. Its signature label, Grand Royal, has won many international Gold Medals, as well as “Asia’s Best Blended Whisky” at the World Whiskies Awards 2014.
In 2013 IBTC Group was restructured to form the Grand Royal Group International , a Foreign Joint-Venture Company approved by the Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC). In 2015-2017 the Grand Royal Group International was recognized as one of the most successful companies in Myanmar and one of the country’s top tax payers.
Mr Aung Moe Kyaw is on the Boards of Cycle & Carriage Automobile Myanmar Company Ltd, Heineken Myanmar Ltd, Andaman Alliance Healthcare Ltd and GL-AMMK Company Limited.
As a successful and experienced business leader in Myanmar, Mr Aung Moe Kyaw is held in high esteem by the national community. He is also a strong advocate of community service, playing an active role during the Cyclone Nargis national relief efforts; providing foodstuff, rebuilding schools and setting up orphanages.
In 2008, he launched the nation-wide eye care program through the Grand Royal Group International, providing free eye-related treatment such as cataract surgery, medical checkups and eye-glasses. More than 80,000 people in rural Myanmar have since benefited from this program which is on-going. In 2016, Mr Aung Moe Kyaw initiated the Grand Royal Group International's "Clean Water Project", to provide rural communities with access to clean water. Since inception, over 40,000 people have benefited from this initiative. In recognition of his contributions, Mr Aung Moe Kyaw was appointed Patron of the Public Health Foundation.

Mr. Tantha-Obhas is a Director and Senior Executive Vice President of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (“ThaiBev” or the “Group”) and currently manages its Route-to-Market Group. He has been a Director of the Group since 2005 and also held a Senior Vice President and an Executive Vice President positions at ThaiBev from 2005 to 2010 and from 2010 to 2016, respectively. In addition, He has been a Director of Oishi Group Public Company Limited since 2006.
Mr. Tantha-Obhas joined Thai Beverage Group in January 2003. Prior to joining Thaibev he was working with Riche Monde (Bangkok) Ltd., a subsidiary of Diageo and Moet-Hennessy. He started his career at Riche Monde (Bangkok) Ltd. as marketing manager in October 1983. He left the company at the end of September 2002. His last position at Riche Monde (Bangkok) Ltd. was Chairman of the Board.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Louis University in the United States of America and a Master of Business Administration from Thammasat University in Thailand. He has also completed the Advance Management Program by INSEAD, France, as well as the Director Accreditation Program, the Director Certification Program, and the Role of the Chairman Program by the Thai Institute of Directors Association.
Mr. Suvarnazorn has been an advisor to the President and CEO of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (“ThaiBev” or the “Group”) since 2012, responsible for corporate relations with government, international institutions and foreign embassies. Mr. Suvarnazorn also supports the Group’s corporate social responsibility activities on education, healthcare, sports, community, arts and culture.
Prior to entering the beverage industry Mr. Suvarnazorn started his career in advertising for 10 years, including 8 years with Ogilvy & Mather Thailand as a Client Service Director. He then spent the next 20 years in the Scotch whisky business including 17 years with Riche Monde (Bangkok) Ltd., a subsidiary of Diageo & Moet Hennessy, as an Executive Vice President on External Affairs before joining ThaiBev in 2003.
Throughout his career, Mr. Suvarnazorn has been actively involved in many international sports events and sponsorships, including the Johnnie Walker Golf Classic, Chang’s sponsorship of Everton Football Club as well as the SangSom Six Red Snooker World Championship. He also supports several charities and community projects such as the ThaiBev Thai Talent programme.
Mr. Suvarnazorn is also a board member of Times Publishing Co., Ltd, (Singapore), Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and One Bangkok Holdings Company Ltd.
Mr. Michael Chye Hin Fah was appointed as an Executive Vice President of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (“ThaiBev” or the “Group”) in 2017 and oversees its brand investment management function. He currently also holds various other positions in several of the Group’s subsidiaries and associated companies, including the Group Chief Financial Officer position at International Beverage Holdings Limited; an executive director at InterBev (Singapore) Limited; directors at Inver House Distillers Limited, Beer Chang International Limited, Sermsuk Public Company Limited, as well as Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company; and an alternate director at Fraser and Neave, Limited (“F&N”).
In addition, he has been a non-executive director of Marketing Magic Pte Ltd since 2002, a non-executive director of DECCO 235 since 2011, a non-executive director of Heritas Capital Management Pte Ltd since 2012, and a director of Australia-listed Millennium Minerals Limited since 2014.
Mr. Michael Chye Hin Fah has a Bachelor of Business Studies with First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business Studies with Distinction in Accounting and Finance from Massey University, New Zealand. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, as well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore.
Mr. Thongtheppairot was appointed as an Executive Vice President of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (“ThaiBev” or the “Group”) in 2016 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Spirit Product Group. He currently holds various other positions in the Group’s subsidiaries and associated companies, including directors at Thai Beverage Marketing Co., Ltd., Chang International Co., Ltd., Times Publishing Limited; as well as an alternate director of Fraser and Neave, Limited (“F&N”).
Mr. Thongtheppairot joined ThaiBev as Senior Vice President – Finance in 2012 and then appointed as a Senior Vice President – Beer Product Group in 2014 and taking up his current role in 2016. He was also the Chief Executive Officer – Beer at F&N between 2015 and 2016. Prior to joining ThaiBev, Mr. Thongtheppairot was a Senior Executive Vice President in various capacities at TCC Land Group and Plantheon Group, which are members of the Group’s largest shareholder, the TCC Group, between 2009 and 2012. Prior to the TCC Group, Mr. Thongtheppairot worked for fifteen years at international banks in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Bangkok.
Mr. Thongtheppairot held a Bachelor of Business Administration from Assumption University, Thailand, a Master of Science in Finance from Georgia State University, U.S.A. and a Master of Business Administration from Mercer University, U.S.A. He has also completed the Advanced Management Programme by INSEAD, France; the Listed Company Director Program by the Singapore Institute of Directors; and the Director Certification Program by the Thai Institute of Directors.
Mr. Hassamontr is the Senior Vice President of the Office of Spirit Production at Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (“ThaiBev” or the “Group”). Previously the Managing Director of the Red Bull Distillery Group of Companies from 2004 to 2012, Mr. Hassamontr joined ThaiBev as the Acting Vice President of the Office of Liquor Production in 2013 and was in that role for around a year, during which time he was also a Director of The Federation of Thai Industries. He then became Vice President of the Office of Liquor Production for close to two years before being appointed to his current position in 2016.
Mr. Hassamontr currently also holds various other positions in several of the Group’s subsidiaries and associated companies, including directors at the Red Bull Distillery Group of Companies, Thai Molasses Co. Ltd., Thai Beverage Recycle Co. Ltd., as well as Thai Beverage Marketing Co., Ltd.
He has a Bachelor of Political Science from Ramkhamhaeng University and a Master of Public Administration from the National Institute of Development Administration.
Mr. Srivichittranond was appointed as the Channel Marketing Director of Thai Beverage Marketing Company Limited in 2016.
He began his career in 2006 at Diageo Moet Hennessy (Thailand) Ltd., where he remained for eight years and was its Regional Business Manager. Mr. Srivichittranond then joined Chang International Company Limited in 2014 and served as its Channel Marketing Director for the on-trade segment for two years before taking up his current role. He has also served as the Director of Gratitude Infinite Public Company Limited since 2010.
Mr. Karoon Srivichittranond holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Assumption University and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
Mr Tony Chew is an Executive Chairman of Asia Resource Corporation which has diversified business interests in the Asian Region. He is also Chairman of Macondray Holdings Pte Ltd, and board member of Heineken Myanmar Limited, Cycle & Carriage Automobile Myanmar Co Ltd and KFC Vietnam Company.
Companies which he founded or led include Pepsi-Cola Vietnam, KFC Vietnam, JetStar Asia Ltd, Myanmar Airways International, Pepsi-Cola Philippines, Del Monte Pacific Ltd, RHB-Cathay Securities, Sterling Tobacco Corporation, Hua Feng Paper Mill, Grand Royal Group International Company (Grand Royal Group International) , Cycle & Carriage Automobile Myanmar Co Ltd, Heineken Myanmar, etc. He also served on boards of SGX companies including Keppel Corporation, Keppel Tat-Lee Bank, Keppel Bank, CapitaLand Commercial and Del Monte Pacific.
In Singapore, he plays an active role in promoting regional businesses, having served as a Chairman of Singapore Business Federation, Network Indonesia, Vietnam Business Club; Board Member of Singapore Trade Development Board, Economic Review Sub-Committee on Entrepreneurship & Internationalization, Regional Business Forum, and ASEAN Business Advisory Council. He was also Member of the Economic Strategies Committee, National Productivity and Continuing Education Council, and founding Chairman of Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Singapore.
He is currently a Co-Chairman of ACCORD Employers & Business Council, Board Member of Singapore Health Services, Member of Economic Research Institute for ASEAN & East Asia Governing Board, Chinese Development Assistance Council Board of Trustees, and Advisor to Singapore Institute of International Affairs. He was conferred the Singapore National Day Meritorious Service Medal (2013), Public Service Star (2008) and Public Service Medal (2001), as well as NUS Outstanding Service Award 2011, SG50 Outstanding Chinese Business Pioneers Award (2015) and SBF Appreciation Award 2017.
Mr. Krisda Kamolvarinthip has been the CEO of Grand Royal Group International since October 2024, after joining the company as Chief Marketing Officer on March 16, 2020. With over 20 years of experience in the FMCG and premium wines & spirits industries, Mr. Krisda has a robust background in multinational markets. He is a business leader with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, build successful organizations, and create significant shareholder value in challenging business environments. Mr. Krisda earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Boston University and an MBA from Bentley College in the USA. He began his career in 1996 as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Schroders, then transitioned to Unilever Thailand as a Brand Manager in 1999. From 2002 to 2019, he worked with Pernod Ricard in Thailand and Hong Kong, holding various roles including Marketing Manager in Thailand, Regional Marketing Manager (Asia) in Hong Kong, Regional Sales Manager in Thailand, and Senior Marketing Manager in Thailand. He served as Marketing Director for Pernod Ricard Thailand from 2011 to 2019.
